Julian Capell  FRICS, AIMC


Julian is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and an Associate of the Institute of Management Consultants. He has held senior management positions in both Local Government and the corporate environment, including being a Director within the property organisation of the Barclays Group, leading nationwide teams of professionals dealing with the operational property needs of companies both within and outside the Barclays Group.

His consultancy service is aimed at optimising the productivity of property resources used by businesses, within which effective workplace design and utilisation are major elements.

He is able to offer a wide range of advice regarding the effective use of premises within businesses and organisations, together with provision of property professional services, workplace technique training and analysis, and change management programmes.

Lyn has over 15 years working experience within the areas of Human Resources and Personnel.  Her experience is from a wide generalist background with specific expertise in linking personnel best practice with legislative requirements.  A main focus has been to establish a training and development slant on all aspects of people management.  Her ethos is not to forget the ‘human aspect’ of ‘human resources’.

She maintains a qualitative working relationship with her clients at all times, and her approach is to address an organisations specific needs, providing bespoke employment and personnel systems, offered with training and continuous advice.
